Room rates:

Double room from €42 (per person / per night)
Single room from €45 (per night)
Children up to 4 years free
Children from 5 to 13 years €25
Children from 14 to 17 years €32

The price
All prices are per person per day. Included are accommodation, bed linen, towels (changed if necessary), heating, water, electricity, and all fees and taxes, except for the local tourist tax.
The amount of the local tourist tax is calculated according to the municipal regulations in effect at the time of stay (from January 2025: €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 14 and above).

Payment
Payment can only be made in cash.

Bed linen and towels
Bed linen and towels are changed as needed.

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 2:00 pm.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am.

Pets
Pets are welcome.

No smoking
Please refrain from smoking in the rooms.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony and terrace.

Cancellation
If you are unable to come, please inform us in good time.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we inform you that your data will be used and stored exclusively for processing your request and will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties.
